Ramos named SVP of Multicultural Partnerships at Katz Media Group

Katz Media Group announced that Rick Ramos has been promoted to Senior Vice President of Multicultural Partnerships, effective immediately.  Ramos will report to Tucker Flood, President of Eastman Radio at Katz Radio Group.

In his new role, Ramos will oversee the creation of dynamic multicultural audio marketing campaigns with national scale and local execution across all of Katz audio partners, which includes Univision, Radio One and Entravision.  Ramos will also continue to lead advocacy efforts for multicultural advertising and further develop relationships with marketers and agencies.

In addition, Ramos will manage the development of a multicultural marketing mentoring program, with the mission to showcase the radio industry and motivate young multicultural professionals to consider careers in marketing and advertising.
