Kellogg USA announced the consolidation of its United States advertising with Leo Burnett, Inc. Business currently managed by J. Walter Thompson in the U.S. will be transitioned to Leo Burnett over the next few months. This includes advertising for the following brands: Kellogg's Corn Flakes and Honey Crunch Corn Flakes, Country Inn Specialties, Crispix, Kellogg's Raisin Bran and Raisin Bran Crunch, Smart Start, and Special K.
J. Walter Thompson will continue to manage major businesses for Kellogg International in Asia-Pacific, Canada, Europe and Latin America. Kellogg will also continue its relationship with Burrell Communications Group in the United States.
"This decision ensures we continue to have the best creative and client resources within Leo Burnett, and improves efficiencies by leveraging their agency structure over a larger base of our business," said Jeff Montie, President, Kellogg USA Morning Foods Division.
