Windover Joins Conill.

Saatchi & Saatchi’s Conill Advertising announced that Caleb Windover has joined the agency as Media Director in its New York City headquarters. Mr. Windover was most recently Co-Founder and Media Director of Marketing Solutions Media Corporation, a New York City-based media company.

In addition, Roberto Pedroso was promoted to Creative Director from his former position of Associate Creative Director in New York.

Both will report to Nancy Pendas-Smith, President and CEO of Conill Advertising.

Before starting his own company in 1999, Mr. Windover spent five years as Media Director at SiboneyUSA Advertising, True North Communications’ Hispanic Agency. While there, he handled all U.S. Hispanic media for the agency’s Colgate-Palmolive account, one of the nation’s largest Hispanic advertisers.

Mr. Pedroso joined Conill Advertising in 1997 where he worked on accounts for Procter & Gamble, Verizon, and Viamericas. He was also a member of a Procter & Gamble new product development taskforce. In 1998, he won Se habla Espanol best of show, best print and best TV awards for his work on Bell Atlantic. Before Joining Conill Advertising, Mr. Pedroso was Associate Creative Director at Castor Advertising in New York, where he worked on accounts such as Budweiser, General Motors, K-Mart, Castrol and Ameritech.
