H&R Block Guilty Of False Advertising.

A Federal Judge has found that H&R Block used false statement in their advertising campaigns promoting speedy refunds to consumers.
The judgement states that instead of fast refunds, the consumer was receiving loans with an annual interest rate.
H&R Block is expected to fight the judgement.
