Hispanic Television Network, Inc. announced that James Michael Stewart, an international business consultant, has been elected to the corporate Board of Directors of HTVN.
“The addition of Mike Stewart to the HTVN Board of Directors brings additional experience in the areas of organizational structure, financings, and strategic positioning,” said Board Chairman, James A. Ryffel. “We are honored to have the leadership and insight that Mr. Stewart brings to this company.”
Mr. Stewart has served as a Vice-President of Occidental Petroleum’s Chemical Group in Dallas, Texas. During his many years with Occidental Mike developed a formidable background in corporate management, national and global business strategy as well as mergers and acquisitions.
