The 2004 Caminos al Exito / Roads to Success campaign moves into its 4th annual schedule of events announcing the hottest Latina on the scene, Odalys Garcia, as their spokesperson. Singer, actress, model, and radio and television personality, Odalys is welcomed with open arms as this year's "Caminos al Exito" spokesperson.

"Not only is "Caminos al Exito" a great program, it benefits City of Hope, one of the world's medically advanced research centers specializing in finding cures for life threatening diseases such as cancer, which has impacted my life tremendously when my own father was diagnosed a few years ago. I firmly stand behind research centers like City of Hope that continue to find cures and create medical advancements so that less families have to suffer with the pains of such diseases, " said Odalys.

Odalys was first discovered by Univision Network "Don Francisco," of the most widely viewed TV show "Sabado Gigante," where she had a short stint as one of the shows' models. From there, she was picked up and paired with renown Puerto Rican comedian, Raymond Arrieta, in a candid camera-style show, "Lente Loco," which became another of Univision's highest rated shows in prime time for several years. On a role, and with plenty of TV exposure under her belt at such a young age, Odalys continued to blossom before the eyes of a captive audience as she performed on the critically acclaimed tele-novela, "Morelia." In 2002, Odalys released her long anticipated debut album, "Ven a Ver" ("Come and See") and re-introduced herself into another dimension of success within her multimedia career.

"I've seen some great success stories in my years in the entertainment industry. Odalys Garcia shines on every level of the entertainment business. We're proud to have someone of her caliber to be our spokesperson and represent this year's campaign," said Harry Abraham-Castillo, Executive Producer of the Caminos al Exito / Roads to Success campaign.

Caminos al Exito / Roads to Success is a free, 124 event series designed to empower Spanish-speaking Latinas to achieve their personal and professional dreams. The events feature health-related registration drives, exhibits, demonstrations and seminars with information on consumer, career and healthcare topics. The event series is produced by Santa Fe Communications in conjunction with the Southern California Food Industries benefiting City of Hope.
