Accentmarketing announced the launch of the Federal Citizen Information Center’s (FCIC) latest public service announcement campaign promoting the government’s official information resource in Spanish. GobiernoUSA.gov’s goal is to be the one-stop, official online resource Hispanics turn to for free, reliable and trustworthy government information in Spanish.
The PSA TV spot, titled “Circle of Trust”, centers on a Hispanic insight: When seeking advice or information on important government services such as immigration, Social Security, and taxes, Hispanics tend to go to their well-meaning, but often misinformed, inner family circle, often resulting in incorrect information and frustration. The PSA encourages viewers to visit the reliable source - GobiernoUSA.gov - to access official up-to-date and authoritative information on all U.S. government benefits and services.
The Hispanic PSA campaign includes radio, print and online executions that will be available to Hispanic media through December 2010. In 2008, Accentmarketing’s GobiernoUSA.gov Hispanic PSA campaign generated media value projected to be over $5 million.
