uVuMobile & Comunidad M team up to deliver Spanish content.

uVuMobile, Inc. announced that the Company has entered into a revenue sharing agreement with Comunidad M, Inc. a Silicon Valley-based consortium of digital and new media specialists, specializing in gaming and video sharing applications for the Spanish Speaking market. Under the terms of the agreement, uVuMobile will develop a private-branded service offering for Comunidad M that will include both on-deck and off-deck programming such as live and on-demand audio and video, Website hosting, content downloads to PCs, content delivery to mobile phones, SMS and PSMS services, among others, creating a Spanish social community within it. In addition, this exciting new partnership will receive support through advertising, Website promotions, publicity and promotional activities sponsored by Comunidad M, Inc.

Comunidad M reaches audiences throughout Latin America, the Caribbean as well as the U.S. Hispanic Market, with a base of over two million subscribers; Comunidad M is poised to capture a large portion of what has been shown to be the fastest growing market segment in the U.S. Comunidad M has been said to provide a unique “MySpace”-type mobile portal for the Hispanic community.
