The American Advertising Federation (AAF) announced the winners of the prestigious Mosaic Awards honoring companies that have implemented groundbreaking multicultural marketing initiatives. The awards recognize advertisers, agencies and media organizations that are at the forefront of advertising to the ethnic consumer, as well as those that incorporate the spirit of the AAF Mosaic Principles and Practices into their corporate philosophies. AAF District Two also announced the honorees for their Diversity Achievement Awards, which recognize those individuals and companies that have made significant strides towards a diverse advertising industry.

The awards will be presented during “An Inclusive Advertising Industry: Yesterday’s Reflection, Tomorrow’s Reality” on Wednesday, September 22, at the New York Athletic Club. Seizing the platform provided by Advertising Week New York, the program will culminate in a star-studded awards show luncheon combining District Two’s Diversity Achievement Awards and AAF’s Mosaic Awards. The forum, “Making Multiculturalism Work in the Marketplace,” will showcase an unprecedented gathering of corporate CEOs discussing winning multicultural marketing strategies, leading corporate marketing executives giving examples of tangible ROI in the multicultural marketing segment, media pioneers discussing the value of ethnic media and former Most Promising Minority Students sharing their success stories.
