NetMio.com Uses Oscar To Punch It’s Way Through The Clutter.

Netmío.com, the online subsidiary for Hispanic Broadcasting Corporation and KLTN, 92.9 Estereo Latino in Houston, Time Warner, and Southwest Airlines announced their sponsorship of a contest to give away tickets to the world super welterweight championship fight between Oscar de la Hoya and Super Welterweight Champion Javier Castillejo in Las Vegas on June 23, 2001.

The contest scheduled to begin on Monday, June 11, 2001, will run through June 18th with a winner being selected on the 18th. People can register via Netmío.com or they can mail in their entry to the HBCi Netmío Promotions Department in Houston. The package for two includes airfare, hotel, and tickets (that have been priced between $100.00 and $800.00) to the fight at the MGM Grand Hotel/Casino. The winners will fly into Las Vegas on June 23rd for the boxing match on that day and return on Sunday June 24th. Oscar de la Hoya CD’s will also be awarded in this contest. The 12-round main event will be broadcast live by TVKO on Pay Per View.
