Ponce named VP of On-Air Talent Management at NBCUniversal Telemundo Enterprises

NBCUniversal Telemundo Enterprises announced the appointment of Francisco Ponce to the position of Vice President of On-Air Talent Management. In this role, he will oversee on-air talent relations, helping to develop and execute a unified on-air talent strategy across the division. Ponce will be based in Miami and will report to Claudia Foghini, Executive Vice President, Talent and Production Management Services at Telemundo Networks and Studios.

“We are delighted to welcome Francisco to the NBCU Telemundo Enterprises family,” said Foghini. “He brings decades of talent management experience and relationships in media, which will help us to strengthen our talent management strategy and further develop our brands.”

In coordination with the network’s publicity department, Ponce will help facilitate the promotion of Telemundo and Universo on-air talent across all NBCUniversal platforms and he will work closely with the sales teams to identify and coordinate on-air talent for partnership opportunities.

Previously, Ponce was CEO and President of In2ition Entertainment, a talent management and public relations company specializing in Latin and cross-over talent working alongside some of the industries’ biggest agencies like William Morris Endeavor Entertainment (WME), Creative Artists Agency (CAA) and United Talent Agency (UTA). He started his career at Pop Media Group (PMG), managing talent worldwide, and later oversaw the production department when PMG joined forces with Estefan Enterprises.
