Raquel Bigorra makes her return to the Azteca America

Azteca America announced the premiere of “Las Tardes con la Bigorra”, a magazine program tailored for women who want to give their families the best, who choose to be well-informed, and who enjoy discovering the stories behind admirable lives.  “Las Tardes con la Bigorra” premieres Monday, October 10 at 4pm/ 3 C on Azteca America.

Raquel Bigorra, one of the most beloved hosts in television, returns to the medium with a new, current, and dynamic program that immerses viewers in an emotional ebb and flow, featuring different segments such as emotional reunions between family members who have lost touch over the years and even original and romantic marriage proposals.

“Las Tardes con la Bigorra” will also address topics that affect viewers’ day-to-day lives with a focus that is both relaxed and informative.  Each afternoon, different specialists in topics such as health, image consulting, and physical activity will visit the program to share their expertise.

Raquel will invite the most celebrated Hispanics from sports, entertainment, and science.  But Raquel will not to be conducting a typical interview – instead, she and her guests will have a conversation between friends.  

Her 20 years of television experience in different genres as well as her spontaneous style, both natural and purposeful, make Raquel Bigorra a unique host capable of combining different television formats into a new, fresh project.  Fun game show elements will also play an important part of the show each afternoon with contestants drawn from the studio audience and given the opportunity to win cash and prizes, including home appliances.
