Since 2012, her practice has been focused on providing support to commercial and non-profit organizations in strategic business planning, digital content and channel distribution, capital fundraising, marketing, sponsorship, labor relations, and outsourced management. Clients include both well established and brand new entities in media, education, healthcare, and telemedicine.

Carmen developed its business plan and distribution strategy, and was responsible for its execution, including the growth of diverse national and international revenue sources and partnerships.

Prior to V-me, Carmen was Vice President and Managing Director for WNET New York. Her responsibilities included external relations, strategic planning, business development, and administration and operations, including labor relations, human resources, and technology.

Carmen served with pride on the boards of Ballet Hispanico, St. Bernadette Catholic Academy, and the U.S. Advisory Board of IESE Graduate School of Business of the University of Navarre in Barcelona.
