Santa Cruz Communications celebrates 20th Anniversary

Santa Cruz Communications (SCC), Inc. a woman-owned public relations agency, is turning 20. Founded on February 15, 2001, in Miami.

In the past 20 years, SCC has become known for its stellar strategic and creative expertise. It has developed a reputation for creating compelling campaigns that resonate with audiences and impact their client’s business goals through engaging content that not only tells their story but connects with their target audience in an impactful way. The agency has a proven track record for producing and executing cutting-edge media relations, community and corporate relations, social media campaigns, content creation and special events, including prominent awards shows such as the prestigious Billboards Latin Music Awards, and the Latin American Music Awards (Latin AMAs), televised live internationally by the Telemundo network. The agency was recognized with a National ¡BRAVO! Award by the Hispanic Public Relations Association (HPRA) for its work on Telemundo’s Billboard Latin Music Awards.

“After 10 years in the corporate world, I decided to launch my own PR firm to fill the void that existed between in-house PR departments and large PR agencies. SCC was born as a boutique firm with an expandable business model that could adapt to the specific needs of our clients,” said Santa Cruz, President of SCC. “The idea came out of my experience growing up in different countries around the world and learning to adapt to any environment. SCC aims to be the best partner to each of our clients, adapting to their changing needs and working with them to achieve their goals with strategy, creativity and professionalism.”
