Jerry Perenchio – HispanicAd.com 2001 ‘Media Executive of the Year’.

HispanicAd.com’s ‘Media Executive of the Year 2001’ award was bestowed to Jerry Perenchio – Chairman of Univision Communications. The award was presented at the Association of Hispanic Advertising Agencies conference in Washington DC on Saturday April20, 2002. Mr. Bob Cahill – Vice Chairman of Univision Communications received the award on behalf of Mr. Perenchio and eloquently detailed the growth of the Univision Communications company and thanked HispanicAd.com and the Association of Hispanic Advertising Agencies for the honor of the award.
Mr. Perenchio joins the HispanicAd.com ‘Hall of Fame’ along with last year’s recipient Jim Mc Namara – President of Telemundo Network.
