Mr. Ballestero previously was the Sr. Vice President- National and Regional Sales Manager of Caballero Spanish Media, joining Eduardo Caballero at the commencement of Caballero Spanish Media and contributed to its growth for 20 years. Before, Manny, had been living and working 15 years in South & Central America, Mexico,Caribbean and Spain for R.J.Reynolds International, P. Lorillard, and American Home Products in top management positions. Manny,
whose parents came from Spain, was born in Canton, Ohio and is a graduate of Ohio University and The American Graduate School of International Management (Thunderbird).

Mr. Ballestero has mentored many of today’s key players in Hispanic advertising and media.
