Multi-Cultural Services Channel Launched @ 24/7 Media.

24/7 Media Inc. has launched a Multi-Cultural Services Channel featuring e-mail marketing and Web site advertising for advertisers to reach African-Americans, Latin-Americans and Asian-Americans online.
