Hispanic Solutions shuffles the deck.

Chicago based Hispanic Solutions, parent company of Papel Media, is restructuring its organization. Founder and now former CEO John Trainor is leaving to assume the role of General Manager at the Tribune Company‚s HOY in Chicago. Janine and William Trainor will remain with Hispanic Solutions and will assume majority ownership, while former COO Kent Kirschner now assumes the top spot on their executive team. Established in 1999, Papel Media is among the leading ad networks in the Hispanic media industry.

“Obviously John’s departure from the company will impact us all a great deal”, stated his sister Janine. “He and I started this company from a one room apartment almost a decade ago into one of the leading players in the industry. We have seen some amazing highs and some interesting times. The Papel Media team wishes John a continued success in his career path.”
