Mandala & Geller – Sr. VPs @ Telemundo Network Sales.

Telemundo Network has promoted Steve Mandala and Craig Geller to Senior Vice Presidents of Network Sales, announced Stephen J. Levin, Executive Vice President of Telemundo. Steve Mandala will oversee all sales offices throughout the country with the exception of New York; while Craig Geller will be responsible for the network’s New York sales office. Both Mandala and Geller will report directly Steve Levin.

Mandala has been instrumental in the organization and development of Telemundo Spot Sales, rebuilding the strong staff of sales professionals at the Telemundo representative organization. He has additionally implemented numerous plans and procedures that have assured the better communication between the network and the owned & operated and affiliated stations, as well as delivered significant power shares from the national sales arena. He began his career in Spanish-language television 13 years ago as an account executive with Telemundo’s KVEA-Channel 52 in Los Angeles, where he eventually became the General Sales Manager. He subsequently managed the west coast sales department for Univision for five years before returning to Telemundo where he has been responsible for all station sales for the past three years.

Craig Geller has registered significant success in his six years at Telemundo in the highly challenging New York market. Both on a network and a spot sales basis, Geller has been instrumental in securing the networks high shares of business, in addition to a considerable amount of new business. Geller will continue to focus on the New York market.
