Pasiones, telenovelas and drama series in Spanish; WAPA América, the leading cable network targeting Puerto Ricans and other Caribbean Hispanics living in the continental U.S.; and CentroAméricaTV, network for Central Americans living in the United States and the exclusive U.S. television home of the national soccer leagues from El Salvador, Honduras and Costa Rica, will now be available to Cox subscribers in New Orleans, Northern Virginia, Greater Louisiana, Oklahoma, Kansas and Central Florida, among other markets.

“The expansion of Hemisphere’s networks once again demonstrates the quality and strong value proposition of our offering and the strength of each of our networks which cater to specific underserved segments and populations within the Hispanic/Latino community with culturally relevant news, sports and entertainment programming,” said Alan J. Sokol, President and Chief Executive Officer of Hemisphere. “We’re thrilled to continue our relationship with our partners at Cox, and applaud their commitment to serving the Hispanic/Latino community with the highest-quality Spanish-language content and differentiated programming that provides our audiences with vital connections to their communities and native countries. Hemisphere remains steadfast in providing our viewers with content that truly speaks to them, and we’re confident that this expansion will help drive new subscriptions in critical markets.”
