Pennzoil motor oil has selected Publicis Sanchez & Levitan in Dallas (formerly SiboneyUSA-Dallas) to handle its national Hispanic advertising campaign.

According to Steve Hanson, sr. vice president of Pennzoil® brand products, "We require experts in reaching Hispanic consumers, the fastest growing population in the U.S. Publicis Sanchez & Levitan is a successful advertising agency with strong integrated marketing services that will help us achieve our business goals."

"We are pleased that our work with Quaker State® motor oil has led to our being awarded the Pennzoil® business" said Tory Syvrud, president of the agency's office in Dallas. "We immediately shifted into high gear to help refine and implement their new Hispanic communication strategy."

Publicis Sanchez & Levitan has developed a new series of creative television and radio spots to communicate that Pennzoil®, America's No. 1 selling motor oil, is formulated to protect a car's engine from everyday, short trips. Both the television and radio spots focus on the new tagline, "Pennzoil. En Corto, Protección Total." (Pennzoil. In short, Total Protection.)
