Padilla named News Anchor at Telemundo Denver

Telemundo Denver / KDEN announced that Pamela Padilla has been promoted to News Anchor, effective immediately. Padilla, who joined Telemundo Denver in February 2015 as a Multimedia Journalist, is a passionate story-teller who has reported the Denver metro area’s most impactful news, including the Aurora Theater Shooting trial, the story of Arturo Hernandez living in a local Denver-area church for more than six-months and the Republican Presidential Debate at the University of Colorado-Boulder. In her role, she will join Co-Anchor Guillermo Martinez and Sports Anchor Carlos Rausseo Anchor on Noticiero Telemundo Denver at 4:30 PM, 5 PM and 10 PM, to deliver local breaking news and information to Spanish-speaking viewers throughout the Denver metro area.

Padilla joined Telemundo Denver in February 2015 as a Multimedia Journalist. Her passionate story-telling has allowed her to report the news and information that matters most to the communities the station serves. Padilla joined Telemundo Denver from Telemundo 39 Dallas-Fort Worth / KXTX, where she served as a web editor from 2013 to 2015. Prior to this, Padilla worked at Univision 33 Phoenix / KTVW from 2012 to 2013.
