El Nuevo Dia Orlando will cease operations.

The largest newspaper in Puerto Rico El Nuevo Dia owned and operated by the Ferré-Rangel family, began publishing five years ago in Orlando Florida as El Nuevo Dia de Orlando.
The entry into the Orlando market mirror the growth of the Hispanic population and continued migration of Puerto Ricans from the island.
As of August 29, 2008, the newspaper will cease their operations in Orlando and attribute the closure to losses and lack of revenue.
